摘要
目的探讨影响造口患者适应水平的因素。方法采用造口患者一般人口学及疾病相关资料调查表、中文版造口者社会心理适应量表调查南京市2所医院的301例造口患者,采用单因素分析法分析影响适应的因素,将有统计学意义的因素进行多元逐步线性回归分析。结果适应总分为46(41,53)分,处于中等水平;多元逐步回归分析结果显示:造口术后时间、造口自护状况、造口接受程度、造口相关并发症、文化程度为适应水平的影响因素。结论造口患者适应水平有待改善;需加强术后早期的随访指导,改善患者接受程度,提高自护能力,减少造口并发症的发生,缩短适应过程。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of adjustment of ostomates. Methods The questionnaires of demographic data and Ostomy Adjustment Inventory-20（OAI-20） were used to investigate 301 ostomates. Results The average score of OAI-20 was 46（41,53）, which showed a middle level of adjustment. Linear regression analysis showed that operation date,self-care ability, acceptance, complication and educational background were influencing factors of ostomates ＇ adjustment.Conclusion Ostomates＇ adaptation remains to be improved. It is important to conduct early postoperative follow-up, which helps to improve patients＇ acceptance and self-care ability and to take proper interventions to shorten the adaptation process.
