暖通空调系统能耗是建筑能耗的主要组成部分,空调节能已经成为我国节能技术领域的重要议题,但以往的暖通空调设计多着眼于功能而忽略节能。以节能为核心,根据上海某商办楼暖通空调设计中空调冷热源、水系统、风系统及控制系统等特点,总结了工程中所运用的暖通空调相关节能技术措施。

While HVAC systems take up a considerable portion of the total energy consumed by a building, air conditioning energy efficiency has become an important issue in the field of energy saving techniques, but the functional requirement seems to be only kept in the designers’ mind and the energy ef-ficiency is ignored in HVAC system designing. The HVAC design measures are introduced with the core idea of energy efficiency, the consumption of the cold and heat sources, the water system, the wind system and control system of a commercial office building is expounded, summarizing the relevant energy-saving technical measures used in engineering.
