摘要 根据产业结构转型期市场对应用型本科材料类专业人才的要求,针对我国应用型本科材料专业人才培养的现状,结合德、美两国在应用型本科教育经验,初步建立了"观念创新-制度创新以及在实验室中实验-在项目中实践-在企业中实训"的"二创三实"的人才培养模式。实施本科生导师制,引入CDIO工程教育理念,强化校企联合办学,构建了适应于土建类院校可持续发展的应用型本科材料类专业人才培养体系,以期对我国高校培养应用型本科人才起到一定的借鉴作用。 According to the requirements of the market for applied-type undergraduate material specialty talents during the industrial structure transition, in view of the current situation of Chinese applied-type undergraduate material specialty talents cultivating, combined with the experience of the applied-type undergraduate education between United States and Germany, the talents cultivating model called "two innovation plus three practice" were established, is that "concept innovation and system innovation as well as experiment in the laboratory, practice in the project and training in the enterprises". The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, the introduction of CDIO engineering education concept, and strengthen school enterprise cooperation, the system of applied-type undergraduate material specialty talents cultivating was constructed adapting to the sustainable development of civil engineering colleges, in order to play a certain reference role in applied-type undergrduate talents cultivating of the colleges and universities in china.
