摘要
本文详细介绍了滚珠挡条的数控加工及夹具设计,通过设计出一种合理的夹具可以解决加工滚珠挡条过程中出现的难点问题。重点是对利用设计的夹具保证安装固定滚珠挡条五个槽面和安装传输轴的24个孔Φ11mm必须达到图纸的形位精度和表面粗糙度的要求,同时能快速控制滚珠挡条的总长度以及提高加工效率等作了较为详细的介绍,通过作者的实践,成功完成了滚珠挡条数控铣削的加工及夹具设计。
This article introduced the ball in the numerical control processing and fixture design, through to design a reasonable fixture can solve pnwessing appeared in the process of ball against the difficult problem. Key is to use tire design of fixture to ensure installation fixed bat against the five groove surface and installation of transmission shaft of the 24 hole Ф 11 nnn must achieve drawing form accuraey and surface roughness requirements, at the same time can quickly control the ball out of a total length as well as improve tire machining cfficiency has made th, detailed introduction, through the autbor's practice, suceesstully completed the ball against a nc milling proeessing and fixture design.
