摘要
目的探讨HIV/AIDS合并结核病手术患者围手术期的心理护理效果。方法对19例HIV/AIDS合并结核病手术患者进行针对性的心理护理,比较患者术前术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果患者术后SAS和SDS评分均值均较术前降低(P<0.05)。结论科学的围手术期心理护理有助于减少HIV/AIDS合并结核病手术患者焦虑、抑郁的发生,改善患者围手术期心理状况,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing for HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis patients during the perioperative period.Methods There were 19 HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis patients receiving specific psychological nursing. The self rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self rating depression scale（SDS）were compared before and after operation.Results The SAS and SDS scores both were lower after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Scientific perioperative psychological nursing may help reduce the level of depression and anxiety for HIV/AIDS complicated with tuberculosis patients,improve the psychological status and improve the quality of life.
