Research on the Evaluation System of the Corporate Governance Structure of the Public Library

法人治理结构对于我国公共图书馆是一种全新的体验,需要建立一种新的评价体系——公共图书馆法人治理结构评价体系。其评价主体是读者;评价客体是图书馆为读者提供信息服务的效果和效率;评价体系包含"理事会运作"、"执行层管理"及"服务影响"三个一级指标,各一级指标下有相应的二级指标,二级指标下设三级指标。

The corporate governance structure is a new experience for the public library in China, so it＇s necessary to build a new evaluation system the evaluation system of the corporate governance structure of the public library. The evaluation subject is the reader; and the evaluation object is the result and efficiency of the information service for readers provided by the public library; the evaluation system includes three first grade indexes, such as the operation of the board of trustees, the management of the execution layer, and the service influence, each first grade index contains corresponding second grade indexs, the second grade index contains some third grade indexs.
