Some Problems Regarding the CPC's Construction Reform

党的十八届三中全会《决定》提出了"深化党的建设制度改革"的重大命题和任务,正确理解这一命题、实现这一任务,不仅对加强新形势下党的建设具有重大意义,而且对于深化各领域改革也具有保证、促进作用。当前尤其要对党的建设制度改革的内涵、深化党的建设制度改革的必要性和紧迫性、深化党的制度建设改革的目标与原则、深化党的制度建设改革的主要措施深入研究,达成共识。

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC proposed in its Decision a major topic and mission to ＂deepen the reform of CPC＇s building system＂. Correct understanding of this topic and actualizing this mission not merely signify greatly for the strengthening of CPC＇s building in the new situations, but will guarantee and promote the deepening of reforms in all areas. At present it is of particular importance to research deeply into and have a consensus reached over the connotations of the reform of CPC＇ s building system, its necessity and urgency, its goals and principles, and the major measures.
