摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇、N-丁基二乙醇胺为硬单体,混合聚醚为软单体,羟烃基聚硅氧烷为改性单体,制备了一组具有较高化学活性的有机硅改性阳离子水性聚氨酯活性染料湿摩擦牢度提升剂,研究了活性聚氨酯高分子的季铵化程度对湿摩擦牢度提升剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:季铵盐结构使得聚氨酯大分子表现出优异的耐酸、耐碱稳定性;较高阳离子强度的聚氨酯大分子并不利于其固色纺织品湿摩擦牢度的改善。
A set of silicon-modified cationic waterbome polyurethane reactive dyes wet rubbing fastness agent having high activity is prepared by isophorone diisocyanate, 1,4-butanediol, N-butyl diethanolamine as hard monomer, mixed polyether as soft monomer, hydroxyl alkyl polysiloxane as modified monomers. The effects that quaternary amination degree of the reactive polyurethane polymer have on the wet rubbing fastness ascend agent are studied. The results prove that quaternary ammonium salt structure make polyurethane macromolecules show excellent resistance to acid and alkali stability; however, the polyurethane macromolecules of strong cationic strength are not conducive to improve the fixation textile wet rubbing fastness.
