摘要
企业劳动关系是生产过程中形成的人与人之间的经济利益关系。劳动关系是社会关系的基础,没有劳动关系的和谐就不可能建成和谐社会,而在我国当前的情势下,和谐劳动关系的建立有赖于政府、企业和劳动者三方面的共同努力,其中每一方都要有所作为。
Labor relations in enterprises is formed between people's economic interests. Labor relations is the foundation of society, and without the harmonious labor relations can it be impossible to build a harmonious society. But under the current state of affairs in our country, the establishment of harmonious labor relation depends on the joint efforts of government, business and labor, in which each party should make a contribution.
