青年教师是高职院校发展的重要力量,要想建立一支优秀的青年教师队伍,就必须加强对青年教师的培养,并制定青年教师的职业发展规划。本文研究了高职院校青年教师专业水平的现状,分析了职业发展规划的意义,并提出了高职院校青年教师职业发展规划的有效策略。

Young teachers are the backbone for Technique college development. If a faculty of excellent young teacher team is to be built, blueprints about young teachers＇ professional development should be made. The paper studied the status quo of the young technical college teachers＇ professional level, analyzed the meaning of the profes- sional development, and put forth the effective strategies for young technical college teachers＇ professional develop- ment.
