On Countermeasures for College Students' Internet Addiction

大学生网络成瘾不仅给他们的身心健康、学业发展造成危害,也给学生家长、社会带来很大的压力和威胁。本文从网络、学生、家长三个角度对大学生网瘾成因进行了分析,试图探讨出网瘾戒除的有效途径,从而让大学生找到自我,破网重生。

College students＇ Internet addiction is not only harmful to the development of their physical and mental health, aeademie, and a/so brings a lot of pressure and threats to the parents of the students and the society. The causes of college students＇ Internet addiction are analyzed from the perspective of network, students and par- ents, tying to find an effective way to get rid of Internet addiction. So that college students can find themselves and be reborn.
