Network words, as an outcome of the time, is with distinct characteristics of the times. Because of the importance of the new internet words in the international communication, the translation of the words attracts a wide range of attention. The quality of the translation influences the cross - cultural communication. This paper studies and evaluates the present internet words＇ translation under the guide the Skopos theory in order to promote the transmission of the Chinese culture.
