摘要
超声波焊接是最常用的塑料焊接技术,在塑料加工业久享盛誉。由于焊接速度快、低能耗、焊缝质量一致性与再现性好,该技术是包装、汽车、医疗、电气、电子、家用器具行业大批量生产应用的首选焊接技术。本文论及超声波焊接原理及过程、焊接设备、工艺参数、特点、应用、派生方法、最新进展,着重对焊接性、接头设计进行了概括和总结。
Ultrasonic welding is the most common welding technique for thermoplastics and well -established in the plastics processing industry. This technique allows high process speeds with consistent, reproducible weld quality and low energy requirements. For this reason, it is preferred for mass production applications in the packaging, automobile, medical, electrical, electronic, appliance industries. This article deals with principle and processes, welding e- quipment, process parameters, characteristics, applications, process variants, recent advances of the technique and highlights its weldability and joint design.
