家兔甲状腺脉管分布与构筑特点的电镜观察

摘要 目的探讨光镜、电镜对甲状腺脉管细微和超微结构观察。方法石蜡包埋组织切片,行常规HE染色,光镜观察;超薄切片透射电镜观察。结果甲状腺毛细淋巴管内皮细胞间的连接方式有3种,即重叠连接(75.3%)、插入连接(21.6%)和端端连接(3.1%)。结论甲状腺内毛细淋巴管内皮细胞间的开放连接所形成的通道,在组织液和大分子物质转运中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the fine structure and ultrastructure of thyroid vascular were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Methods Paraffin embedded tissue sections, processed HE staining, and observed with light microscope; observation of ultrathin section with electron microscope. Results There are 3 kinds of connection ways between endothelial cells in thyroid capillary lymphatic vessels overlapping connection (75.3%), inserting con- nection (21.6%) and end to end connection(3.1%). Conclusion The channel formed by open connectin between endotheli- al cells in thyroid capillary lymphatic vessels may play an important role in tissue fluid and macromolecules transportation.
