暴力维权事件报道的新闻框架分析——以“冀中星事件”为例

On the News Frame of the Violent Safeguarding Rights Incident Report

当前一些弱势群体的在利益表达受阻的情况下,选择用极端方式或暴力手段来进行维权。而许多媒体在报道类似的暴力维权事件过程中,由于报道方式不当,不仅对事件的后续处理造成了干扰,还对整个社会环境的健康产生了不良影响。研究者以"冀中星事件"为例,通过对媒体报道该事件的新闻框架分析发现,媒体的新闻报道框架表现出明显的煽情化倾向,媒体的报道方式与态度明显地影响了受众对事件的认知。当前媒体对弱势群体的新闻报道框架对社会的弱势群体的维权行为造成了一定的误导,而且也增加了社会的安全风险。

At present,some vulnerable groups chose some extreme ways or violent means to claim their rights under the situation of lacking interests they should have. And many media reported similar violent incidents in the process of safeguarding rights,on the basis that they use improper way to report,not only interfered the subsequent processing of the incident,but it also give a bad impact on people in the whole society. Based on the case of＂Ji Zhong xing＂and the news frame analyze of the violent safeguarding rights incident report,we found that the media prefer to use sensational ways to report news,which obviously influenced the cognition of audience,mislead vulnerable groups on safeguarding rights activity,and also increased safe risks in the society.
