基于学习型组织理论的开放大学校园文化建设

Construction of Campus Culture of the Open University Based on the Theory of Learning Organization

学习型组织理论对开放大学校园文化建设的理论完善、制度机制保证和基层学习型组织建设等方面有重要的借鉴意义。在开放大学内部创建学习型组织,培育创新型的校园文化,对促进开发大学的可持续发展,增强师生的学习能力、创新能力和学校的持久竞争能力,具有重要的作用。

The paper analyzes the campus culture construction in the Open University in light of the learning organization theory, and three issues have been identified, i.e. how to refine the theory, to guarantee the institutional mechanism for an Open University, and to build an innovative learning organization. Through the analysis, we have found that creating learning organization in the Open University could facilitate the cultivation of an innovative and sustainable campus culture, strengthen both teachers and students＇ learning ability, enhance the school＇s persistent competitive ability, etc. This paper also puts forward a new approach to construct a knowledgeable, creative and competitive campus culture.
