摘要
研究大学生对突发事件的应对方式,对于指导学生有意识地纠正消极应对方式,提出切实可行的干预策略有实际指导意义。从不同性别、不同民族、不同年级大学生面对应激事件所采取的应对方式的差异检验显示,对大学生进行心理健康教育不能搞一刀切,应根据性别、民族和年龄的不同有针对性地进行。
This paper studies the infl uence of coping style on the mental health of college students. The related research can yield practical guidance to help the college students correct their negative coping styles, establish social support and develop their scientifi c perception on coping styles. The survey shows that there are no gender differences on problem-solving and selfaccusation. The score of positive coping style from female students is higher than the male students. There is no obvious gender difference on coping style factors among Han students and ethnic students.(p〉0.05). As for help factor, the score of high grade students is obviously higher than the low grade students. It is concluded that negative and inexperienced coping styles can not only infl uence mental health, but also be regarded as the vital factor which cause students' mental problems. Thus, the quality education on college students' psychological health should be strengthened to improve mental health.
