数字图像与金相组织计算机分析处理技术

摘要 针对学生在金相技术实验课程学习中对数字图像产生的疑惑及对计算机处理技术的缺乏,介绍了数字图像的相关重要概念,详细分析了金相组织数码照片的大小与实际拍摄视场关系以及在Word中还原的问题,介绍了数字图像处理技术在材料组织分析中的主要应用,重点介绍了MATLAB像工具箱的使用,举例介绍了使用MATLAB对组织分析中第二相颗粒大小的统计分析处理,并与专业软件Imagepro处理结果进行了对比,结果相近。 It is found that, during learning the course of metallographic technology and experiments, students have been confused with the digital image frequently, and they are also lack of computer processing technology for metallographic structure photo. In this paper, the important conceptions related to the digital image have been introduced firstly. Then, the relationship between the size of metallographic structure photo and the viewing fields when taking photo using digital camera has been analyzed in detail. It is also introduced how to use the digital image in the Word processing software properly. After that, the main applications of the digital-image-processing technology on the analysis of metallographic structure has been introduced. Especially, the application of the MATLAB image processing toolbox was introduce. An example for the analysis of second phase in microstructure has been shown in this paper, and the result is consistent with that analyzed by professional software imagepro.
