摘要
顶岗实习师范生要胜任教师角色,需要具备较高的信息化教学设计能力。通过对信息化教学设计能力进行阐述,并对顶岗实习师范生进行培训和调查,分析他们的信息化教学设计能力现状,从而提出提高顶岗实习师范生信息化教学设计能力的对策和建议。
If the normal school students in the in-post teaching practice want to competent for teachers' role, they need to have high ability of informatization instructional design. Firstly, this paper elaborates on informatization instructional design ability; then, analyses and summarizes the current situation of informatization instructional design ability by training and investigating the students; finally, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the informatization instructional design ability of the normal school students of the in-post teaching practice.
