论高职院校专业设置与区域经济社会发展——以安徽省芜湖市为例

On Major Arrangement in Higher Vocational College and Regional Economic and Social Development——Taking Wuhu City in Anhui Province as an Example

文章对安徽省芜湖市5所高职院校2013年专业设置和招生数据进行分类及统计,并对芜湖市高职院校专业设置与区域经济社会发展进行了分析;针对专业设置与产业结构对应程度不高,专业设置服务区域经济社会发展意识不够,专业设置同质化现象严重,专业设置特色不明显等问题,提出了专业设置要符合区域经济社会发展需求,教育主管部门要加强对专业设置的科学引导,企业、行业协会要在高职院校专业设置中发挥积极作用,高职院校要建立动态专业设置调整机制等优化高职院校专业设置的对策。

This paper classifies and collects the statistics about the major arrangement and enrollment of five higher vocational colleges in Wuhu in 2013 , and it also analyzes the relation of major arrangement in Wuhu higher vocational colleges between the regional economic and social development. According to the results, the problems lie in：lacking correspondence degree between major arrangement and the industrial structure, insufficient awareness of the major arrangement serving the regional economic and social development, serious homogenization of major arrangement, unobvious distinctiveness in major arrangement, etc. This paper points out that major arrangement should meet the regional economic and social development’ need;the education authorities should strengthen its scientific guidance; enterprises and industry associations should play a positive role in major arrangement; higher vocational colleges should establish a dynamic adjustment to optimize their major arrangement.
