作为高职院校工作任务的重要组成部分,专业建设的工作质量直接决定了学院是否能够取得高质量长远发展。各大高职院校为了强化其核心竞争力,提升其人才培养质量,都不予余力地大力开展专业建设的各项相关工作。专业建设作为人才培养工作的载体,其核心要素,诸如:校企合作、课程建设、双师型团队、生产型实训基地等都关系到人才培养质量是否能够满足市场需要。基于"四合、四共"校企合作工作,切实开展高职专业建设核心要素的构建和发展工作,进一步提升专业建设发展质量,优化人才培养工作效果。

Being the most important part of the work of the vocational colleges, the quality of the specialty development determines whether the colleges could acquire the development with high qualities in the long run. The colleges have spared no effort to carry out the related work of the specialty development for strengthening their core competitiveness and improving the talent cultivation quality. Whether the talent cultivation quality meets the market needs depends on the essential factors of the specialty development, the basis of the talent cultivation work, such as the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, the development of subjects, the double qualified teacher team, the production training bases and so on. Being based on the pattern, the construction and development of the factors would be carried out to improve the quality of the specialty development and talent cultivation.
