摘要
目的为明确浙贝母药物吸收入血的有效物质,对浙贝母进行中药血清药物化学研究。方法建立浙贝母相关生物碱成分的液相-离子肼质谱联用(LC-TRAP-MS)检测方法,通过比较浙贝母药材、含药血清的LC-MS指纹图,确定浙贝母给药后吸收入血的药物成分。结果检测到9个已知成分,其中6种药物成分被吸收入血,分别为贝母素甲、贝母素乙、贝母辛、异贝母素甲、去氢鄂贝啶碱、puqiedinone。结论 6个入血药物成分是浙贝母在体内的直接作用物质,为阐明中药浙贝母的体内药效物质基础提供实验基础。
Objective To study serum pharmacochemistry of FHtillaria thunbergii Miq. after oral administration Methods The constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing the mass spectrometry fingerprints of extraction of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. and herb serum sample. Results Nine original compounds were detected and six of them absorbed into blood, which were verticine, verticinone, peinfisine, isoverticine, ebeiedinone and puqiedinone. Conclusion Six constituents absorbed into blood are possible bioactive components of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. in vivo. This method can be used for components in identification Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.
