兰索拉唑联合中药治疗消化系统疾病的研究现状与理论探讨

Current Situations and Theoretical Researches of Lansoprazole Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Digestive System Disease

目的总结兰索拉唑联合中药治疗现状并对相关问题进行思考,为联合治疗前景提供文献支撑。方法对兰索拉唑联合中药治疗消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病、慢性胃炎的临床研究进行综述。结果兰索拉唑联合中药可显著提高消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病等与酸分泌相关消化道疾病的临床疗效,有助于缩短病程,降低兰索拉唑不良反应风险。结论兰索拉唑联合中药前景广阔,但应加强现代治疗学研究,以确保联合治疗用药的合理性和科学性。

Objective To summarize the current treatments oflansoprazole combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and think on relevant problems,in order to provide literature supports for future prospects of the combined treatment. Methods This thesis reviewed the clinical studies of lansoprazole combined with TCM in the treatment of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic gastritis. Results Lansoprazole combined with TCM can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic gastritis and other gastrointestinal diseases related to acid secretion, and help to shorten the course of disease, reduce the risk of adverse reaction oflansoprazole. Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with TCM has broad prospects, but we should strengthen the study of modern treatment, in order to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the united treatment.
