摘要 以系统为中心的课程教学整合,不能仅停留在理论探讨上,还必须通过众多的具体的教学实践来检验和完善。从医学影像学的知识结构来看,以系统为中心的课程整合教学具有较好的发展前景,但从实践结果来看,存在着4个方面的冲突:整合临床课程与自身内容逻辑关系之间的冲突;课程内容与教学时间、教学手段之间的冲突;传统内容与知识更新之间的冲突;考试方式的改变与学习兴趣的冲突。在课程教学整合中,如何磨合冲突以凸显医学影像学的整体性、动态性和能力培养与兴趣培养相结合,是后续发展中值得重视的问题。 The system-centric curriculum integration should be tested and improved through various teaching practices, other than staying in theory discussion phase. In view of the knowledge structure, the system centric curriculum integration is of preferable potential for future development. However, there are four challenging issues to be resolved: how to integrate the clinical medical knowledge and the Medical Imaging knowledge logically; how to integrate the curriculum into the limited teaching hours with available teaching methods; how to integrate the traditional knowledge and the updated ones; how to integrate the reformed evaluation methods and the different interest of the students. In the curriculum integration, how to resolve the above issues and highlight the integrity and dynamics of the medical imaging and to integrate interest training and ability training are issues should be paid attention to.
