北京市平谷区育龄妇女孕前中医保健知晓度及服务需求分析

Analysis of Status of Cognition and Requirement of the Preconception Care of Chinese Medicine among Women of Child-bearing Age in Pinggu District of Beijing City

目的了解北京市平谷区育龄妇女对孕前中医保健知识的知晓情况及孕前中医保健服务的需求,探讨开展孕前中医保健服务的可能性。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对平谷区484名育龄妇女进行横断面调查。结果调查对象对中医特色孕前保健知识的掌握情况并不理想,特别是传统的中医保健运动方面,知晓率仅为50.26%;93.60%的调查对象愿意获得孕前中医保健服务及相关知识;最希望获得的服务为中医保健知识咨询;最希望提供服务的单位为妇幼保健中心。结论应大力宣传孕前中医保健知识,提高中医特色的孕前保健知识的知晓率,今后可以尝试开展孕前中医保健服务,满足人民对孕前中医保健的需求。

Objectives To Investigate the demand and cognition of the preconception care of Chinese medicine in Pinggu district of Beijing city, and to explore the possibility of Chinese preconception care services. Methods Cluster random sampling method was adopted to choose 484 women of child-bearing age in 2 districts, and cross-section investigation method was carried out among them. Results Cognition of the preconception care of Chinese medicine was not ideal, especially in terms of Chinese traditional exercise, the awareness rate was only 50.26%. 93.60% of the respondents are willing to get the services and related knowledge. The service that they most wanted to receive was consulting service, and the institution that providing service they most wanted was Maternal and Child Health Care Centers. Conclusions We should promote the knowledge of preconception care of Chinese medicine, and try to carry out preconception of Chinese medicine services to meet the people＇s demand .
