中药治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的文献研究

The literature research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with cerebral palsy

目的整理分析近10年国内发表的中药治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的相关文章,以指导临床应用与研究。方法以"中药""小儿脑瘫""脑性瘫痪"为主题词,检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,发表年限为2003年1月1日至2013年12月31日,获得相关临床疗效研究的中文文献,进行基本情况、药物使用频数统计,从方剂、剂型、用法等方面总结。结果中药治疗脑瘫的文献数量仍偏少,验方居多,剂型单一,用法多样。药物使用方面,外用方中以当归、伸筋草、牛膝、透骨草等活血通经药物居多,内服方中以人参、黄芪、白术、杜仲、石菖蒲等健脾补肾开窍药物为主。结论中药治疗小儿脑性瘫痪有一定疗效,治疗规范有待进一步完善。

Objective To analyze related articles published in recent 10 years in China and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral palsy children,and guide the clinical application and research.Methods Use ＂traditional Chinese medicine＂and ＂children with cerebral palsy＂,＂cerebral palsy＂as the keywords to retrieve CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database. Publication time is from January 1,2003 to December 31,2013. The Chinese literature was used for the relevant clinical research,basic conditions,drug use frequency statistics,the summary from the prescription,preparation and usage etc. Results The number of literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral palsy is relatively small,mostly is single prescription,dosage,usage diversity. External prescription mostly use Chinese angelica root,Herba lycopodli,Achyranthes,Speranskia tuberculata to activate blood flow. Orally prescription mostly use ginseng,astragalus,Atractylodes,eucommia,Shichangpu to Jianpi Bushen. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral palsy children have curative effect,and the treatment guidelines need to be further improved.
