654-2注射液调和云南白药敷脐治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛30例临床观察

Clinical observation of 30 cases of 654-2 injection plus Yunnan Baiyao umbilical application in treating pediatric functional recurrent abdominal pain

目的探讨654-2注射液调和云南白药敷脐治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛的临床疗效。方法将60例功能性再发性腹痛患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例口服颠茄合剂,3次/d,连服3 d,同时口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片（思连康）,2-3岁0.5 g/次,4-6岁1.0 g/次,7-9岁1.5 g/次,3次/d,连服1周。治疗组30例以654-2注射液调和云南白药敷脐,2次/d,4 d为1个疗程,隔3 d进行下1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 2组腹痛症状均有所改善,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用654-2注射液调和云南白药敷脐疗法治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of umbilical application of 654-2 injection mixed with Yunnan Baiyao in treating pediatric functional recurrent abdominal pain. Methods 60 children with functional recurrent abdominal pain were randomly and evenly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group took oral Dianqie mixture,3 times / d,for 3 d,and oral administration of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets（Si Liankang）,0. 5 g for 2-3 years old children,1 g for 4-6 years old,1. 5 g for 7-9 years old,3 times / d,for 1 week. Treatment group applied 654-2 injection mixed with Yunnan Baiyao as umbilical application,2 times / d,4 d for 1 course. There was 3 days rest between 2 courses. Observed the curative effect after 2 courses. Results Abdominal pain of 2 groups was improved; the total effective rate was 90% in treatment group,70% in control group.There was statistical difference between the 2 groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion 654-2 mixed with Yunnan Baiyao umbilical application can treat functional recurrent abdominal pain with obvious effect,worthy of clinical application.
