自拟健胃消食汤治疗小儿厌食症120例临床观察

Clinical observation of 120 cases of infantile anorexia treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi Decoction

目的探讨中医药治疗小儿厌食症的优势和临床疗效。方法 120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组用健胃消食汤加减治疗,对照组用多酶片、葡萄糖酸锌颗粒治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为85.0%,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟健胃消食汤加减治疗小儿厌食症安全有效。

Objective To explore the advantages and clinical curative effect of Jianwei Xiaoshi Decoction.Methods 120 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi Decoction,the control group with Multienzyme Tablets,Zinc Gluconate Granules. Results The total efficiency was 96. 7% in the treatment group,85. 0% in the control group,with highly statistical difference（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Self-made Jianwei Xiaoshi Decoction can treat infantile anorexia with safety and effect.
