摘要
载脂蛋白(APO)在脂质代谢中的重要作用是当今基础医学研究和临床研究的热点,他不仅影响血浆甘油三酯水平的调控,还对血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的代谢发生作用;载脂蛋白A5的基因多态性与血浆载脂蛋白A5水平及多种心血管和代谢性疾病如冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病、动脉硬化等的发生风险密切相关。
The important role of apolipoprotein in lipid metabolism becomes a current research hotspot in both preclinical and clinical medicine. The apolipoprotein affects not only the serum level of triglyceride,but also the metabolism of hyperdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in serum. The genic polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5 goes together closely with the serum level of it,cardiovascular and metabolic diseases such as coronary disease,stroke,diabetes,angiosclerosis and so on.
