氧解吸实验操作条件的优化研究

摘要 采用塑料星型填料,对氧解吸实验装置,空气、水、氧气传质体系的操作条件进行了单因素和正交实验研究,分析了氧气流量、空气流量和水流量等因素对解吸效果的影响,确定了最佳的实验操作条件,氧流量0.6 L/min,空气流量24 m3/h,水流量100 L/h,对氧解吸实验提出了新的教学方法,既达到了传统的教学目的,又掌握了一种实验设计理念,适应了现代教育发展的要求. Oxygen desorption experimental device, air,water, oxygen mass transfer system operating conditions were studied by single factor and orthogonal experimental study with plastic star packing. The influence of oxygen flow, air flow and water flow, and other factors on the desorption is analyzed and the optimum operating conditions of the experiment is determined. Oxygen flow rate is 0.6 L/min, air flow rate is 24 m3/h, the water flow is 100 L/h. The new teaching method is proposed by oxygen desorption experiments which reached the traditional teaching purposes, grasp the concept of an experimental design and adapted to the requirements of modem educational development.
