摘要
本实验研究了模拟酸雨条件下Ca2+离子对油菜体内总钙、果胶酸钙、水溶性钙和残渣态钙的影响.结果表明,施加适宜浓度的Ca2+离子可以增加油菜体内各形态钙的浓度,施加过高浓度钙的油菜体内各形态钙相对较低,说明过高浓度的钙在一定程度上抑制了油菜对钙的吸收.模拟酸雨条件下,油菜体内的果胶酸钙浓度随施加Ca2+浓度的增大而增大,达到浓度峰值后有所下降.在酸雨条件下,油菜体内总钙以及残渣态钙浓度增加,水溶性钙浓度有所下降,可能是酸雨进入细胞组织后,部分阴离子与水溶性钙反应生成沉淀变成残渣态钙造成的结果.
The experimental on the effect of calcium under simulated acid rain on rape total calcium, pectin calcium, soluble calcium and residual calcium is studied. The results show that applying the suitable concentration of calcium ions can increase the rapeseed various forms of calcium concentration in the body, applying high concentration of calcium in the body of the form of calcium rapeseed relatively low, indicating that the high concentration of calcium to some extent inhibited calcium rapeseed absorption. After a decline under simulated acid rain, rape body pectin calcium concentration with applied calcium concentration increases, and reaching peak concentration. Under Acid Rain rape total body calcium and residual calcium concentration is increased and the water-soluble calcium concentration is decreased, possibly after entering the cells and tissues of acid rain some anions and water-soluble calcium into the reaction caused by residual calcium results.
