CNC车床加工表面粗糙度故障树分析方法研究

摘要 对CNC车床加工表面粗糙度故障原因进行分析,建立了由10种故障现象及33个故障底事件组成的故障树.运用布尔函数求出故障树的最小径集或最小割集,找到了影响CNC车床加工表面粗糙度的故障发生规律及相互之间关系.该分析为机床的预防维修和故障控制提供了一种简便、直观的方法,为进一步进行其系统可靠性定量分析提供了数学模型,对解决类似数控车床加工质量问题及可靠性设计具有重要意义. The failure causes of roughness for CNC lathe is discussed. The fault tree of CNC lathe is set up which consists of 10 failure phenomena and 33 base events. By using Boolean function,the mini path sets and mini cut sets are obtained. The effect among the failure is also found out. It provides mathematic models for further quantitative analysis of system reliability and an easy way of preventive maintenance and failure control. It is also significant for similar CNC lathe to improve the reliability and maintenance.
