摘要
分析了12CrMo的焊接性,并对100 m3中压12CrMo储罐主要焊缝进行焊接工艺及结构设计,提供了针对中厚壁纵缝、环缝对接接头及异种金属角接接头的焊接工艺,并分析了异种金属焊接难点,对相关从业人员具有一定借鉴作用.
The weld ability of 12CrMo is analyzed, the main weld of 100 m3 medium voltage 12CrMo tank of welding process and the structural was designed. The welding process about butt joint of the thick wall longitudinal weld, girth weld and dissimilar metal fillet joint were provided in this paper. The difficulty of dissimilar metal welding was analyzed. That may be useful for practitioners.
