摘要
以植物大豆蛋白为生物质基材,利用自组装法合成了生物质磁性微球(BIOP/Fe3O4).采用红外光谱法、热重分析法、振动样品磁强计等对微球进行了表征,并考察了其对模型药物的释放行为.结果表明:植物大豆蛋白与Fe3O4通过氢键作用制得了纳米微球,并且制得的微球具有很强的磁响应性能.BIOP/Fe3O4微球对模型药物具有担载能力及可控释放性能.
With soybean protein (BIOP/Fe3O4 ) nanospheres were isolate as biopolymer base material, soybean protein-ferroferric oxide synthesized through self-assembly. Fourier infrared spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometer were adopted to characterize the nanospheres and review the release behavior of the nanospheres to the model drug (Rhodamine B). The results showed that nanospheres were obtained from soybean protein isolate and Fe3O4 by hydrogen bonding, and the nanospheres had strong magnetic responsiveness and also carrying capacity of and controlled release to Rhodamine B.
