Prospecting Progress and Direction of Daping Pb-Zn Deposit in Chongyang

崇阳大坪铅锌矿床是近年来在鄂南地区发现的中型矿床。矿体赋存于陡山沱组底部层间破碎带中,矿体为层状、似层状产出,为受地层和构造控制的层控型热液矿床。层间破碎带中深部及东西向延伸为重要的找矿方向。

Daping Pb-Zn deposit in Chongyang Country in Southern Hubei is a medium-sized deposit,which was discovered in recent years. Hosted in interlayer fracture zone of the bottom part of Doushantuo Formation,ore bodies occur in stratified and stratiform-like forms. The deposit is a stratabound hydrothermal type mineral deposit,under control of formation and structure. Medium-deep seated and east-west extension of the interlayer fracture zone therefore should be the important prospecting direction.
