摘要
分析恩施州城市建设过程中可能引发的环境地质问题,将丘陵山区地质环境承载力分解为水土资源承载力、有害废弃物最大容纳能力和对人类工程活动的最大忍受程度三个方面。选取地下水环境、地面地质环境、地下地质环境和地质矿业遗迹承载力等4个因素,分别遴选一级、二级评价指标,初步建立地质环境承载力评价体系,为城市建设的合理规划布局、地质资源的高效可持续开发利用和地质环境的保护提供理论依据。
Environmental geological problems caused by city construction are analyzed in the paper. Geo-environmental bearing capacity in hilly and mountain is decomposed into water and soil resources bearing capacity,the maximum capacity of harmful waste and the maximum tolerance for human activities. Underground water environmental bearing capacity,ground geo-environmental bearing capacity,underground geo-environmental bearing capacity and geological mining relics bearing capacity are selected to determine primary and secondary evaluation index. The theoretical system is established to provide reference for rational urban planning,efficient and sustainable utilization of geological resources and protection of geological environment.
