Analysis of Benefit from Prevention Project of Geological Disaster

在研究灾害体特征的基础上,探讨合理的方案设计,并对防治工程效益进行分析评价。从防治地质灾害的角度,阐述防治工程如何与地方经济、资源、人口、环境等全面协调发展,从单纯的地质灾害工程防治向解决社会经济和环境保护问题转变,坚持防治效益与生态效益并重,将治理保护与开发利用相结合。

Based on experience with the project,by studying on the characteristics of geological disaster body,the authors analyze the benefit of project. From the angle of controlling geological disaster,the authors approach how to control engineering is combined with the economy,society,population,and environments. They consider that in the process of transforming from the simple prevention and control engineering for geological disaster into the solution of the problems on the social economy and environmental protection,people must maintain laying equal stress on the benefits of prevention and control and ecological benefits,the economic benefits and social benefits. People must combine the control and protection with the interests of development.
