摘要
加强大学生思想政治教育"双师型"教师队伍建设十分必要。加强该队伍建设,必须注重自身学习,夯实思想政治理论课教师理论功底;强化教育培训,提升大学生思想政治教育工作者的综合素质;强调教学与科研相结合,提高思想政治理论课教师的工作能力。
Strengthening the ideological and political education of college students ＂double teacher＂ the teacher troop construction is very necessary. Strengthening the team construction, must pay attention to their own learning and strengthen the ideological and political theory course teaching theoretical knowledge. Strengthening education and training is to improve the comprehensive quality of worker of Ideological and political education.
