摘要
随着我国研究生教育逐渐向以培养应用型人才为主的模式转变,全日制专业学位研究生教育迎来更多的发展空间。如何更好地利用机遇实现应用型人才培养目标,成为各高校研究生教育亟待解决的难题。本文基于SWOT分析法,分析全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养的优势、劣势以及机会、威胁,探索适合全日制硕专业学位士研究生培养的战略选择。
Along with postgraduate education giving priority to training applied talents in our country, there are more space for developing full-time professional degree postgraduate education. It has become a problem how to use opportunities better to realize the applied talents training target that is urgently to be solved in graduate student education of colleges and universities. This paper analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for training full-time professional degree postgraduates based on SWOT analysis in order to explore a strate- gic choice that is suitable for full-time professional degree postgraduates.
