我国腹腔镜外科的发展与国际化

Development and internationalization of laparoscopic surgery in current China

腹腔镜外科在我国发展已有20余年时间。腹腔镜作为一种技术在普通外科领域中的应用范围不断拓宽,腹腔镜外科手术技术水平也不断提高。在腹腔镜技术的创新发展方面,相关图像系统已达高清及3D水平。此外,从传统腹腔镜发展到单孔腹腔镜、机器人手术、经自然孔内镜手术等,新技术不断涌现,使许多原本认为不可能的手术成为可能。我国腹腔镜外科领域亦在不断加强与欧、美、日等先进国家的交流,并已跻身世界腹腔镜外科大国的行列。

Laparoscopy has been widely used in general surgery of China for more than 20 years with the great improvement of the technique and the range of its application has been continuously popularized all over China. Besides the conventional laparoscopic technique, the single incision laparoscopy, robotic surgery, nature orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery and 3D laparoscopic surgery have been also introduced to the laparoscopic surgeons in recent years, which makes some surgeries impossible into possible. Nowadays, the exchange among China and western countries and Japan has been continuously strengthened in terms of technique, research work and training in laparoscopic surgery, which will play an important role in the internationalized process.
