PDCA循环管理法在急诊插管所致呼吸机相关肺炎的应用

Application of PDCA cycle management method in ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by emergency intubation

目的 :探讨PDCA循环管理法在急诊插管所致呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)的应用价值。方法 :选取2008年8月至2012年12月期间我院确诊治疗的急诊插管所致VAP患者124例,依据随机分配原则分为观察组(n=61,PDCA循环管理法护理)和对照组(n=63,常规管理法护理),统计分析两组患者住院期间的依从性、满意度和护理人员对急诊插管护理工作的掌握程度,分析PDCA循环管理法在急诊插管所致VAP的应用价值。结果 :观察组患者总体依从率(93.44%)高于对照组患者总体依从率(88.89%);观察组患者总体满意度(94.54%)高于对照组患者总体满意度(86.68%);实施PDCA循环管理法后,护理人员对护理工作总掌握率为97.29%,高于实施前的92.10%。差异均有统计学意义。结论:实施PDCA循环管理法加强了护理人员对护理工作的认识和掌握,提高了急诊插管所致VAP患者对治疗的依从性和对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To investigate the application value of PDCA cycle management method in ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） caused by emergency intubation.Methods：One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients with VAP in our hospital from August, 2008 to December, 2012 were randomly divided into an observation group （n=61, nursed with PDCA cycle management method ） and a control group （n=63, nursed with conventional management method）. The compliance and satisfaction degree of the patients in two groups during the period of hospitalization as well as the degree for nursing staff to master the nursing work of emergency intubation were statistically analyzed so as to evaluate the application value of PDCA cycle management method in the VAP caused by emergency intubation.Results：The overall compliance rate of the patients was higher in the observation group （93.44%） than in the control group （88.89%） and the overall satisfaction degree （94.54%） was also higher in the observation group than in the control group （86.68%）. After the implementation of PDCA cycle management method, the proportion for nursing staff to master the nursing work was 97.29%, higher than before （92.10%）. All the differences were statistically signiifcant.Conclusion：The implementation of PDCA cycle management method can strengthen the knowledge and master of nurse staff to nursing work, as well as improve the compliance of patients and their satisfaction to nursing work.
