摘要
球形氢氧化镍生产中影响磁控管使用寿命的主要因素是输送带布料厚度、收尘系统结构、物料干燥方式及磁控管工作电压。通过将布料器改进为特殊的耙式结构、改造收尘风管布置结构、加装压散装置及更换变压器等措施,磁控管使用寿命得到有效延长,并且提高了生产的稳定性,减少了磁控管能耗。
Material thickness of conveyor belt, system structure of dust collection, material drying process and magnetron working voltage are the main factors affecting magnetron life in spherical nickel hy- droxide production. By improving the distributor with a special rake structure, transforming collecting duct arrangement, retrofitting pressure spreaders and replacing voltage transformer and other measures, the service life of the magnetron is effectively prolonged, the stability of production is improved, and the energy consumption of magnetron is reduced.
