EPA4节能环保型柴油机的开发与应用

摘要 全柴与ELSBETT公司合作,采用电控高压共轨、增压中冷、废气再循环、后处理等技术路线,通过对进气系统、配气机构优化设计,燃油喷射系统与燃烧室匹配,机油耗控制与排放以及噪声和振动等技术的研究,开发满足EPA4标准要求的节能环保型柴油机:4B2-55C44,其标定功率为40.5KW,最大扭矩205N·m,满足EPA4排放法规。 Corporation with Elsbett, Quanchai adapt the electronical high pressure common rail, turbocharging and intercooling, exhaust gas recirculation, and after treatment technology, by optimizing intake system and valvetrain design, fuel-oil injecting system matching with combustion chamber, oil consumption and emission, noise and vibration, by researching these technology, developed the energy saving and environmental protection type diesel engine EPA4 standard machine - 4B2 -55C44, which met with EPA4standard. The engine's rate power is 40. 5kw, maximum torque about 205 N · m, met EPA4 emission regulations.
