The intelligent production, the different types of equalization mixed production and e- quipment failure alarming of centrifugal casting process for the automotive cylinder casting is implemen- ted, and the industry -leading digital workshop is set up and the intelligent manufacturing mode also is established through researching on the intelligent sensing system, the intelligent measurement and control systems of the quality of molten iron, intelligent expert systems of centrifugal casting, robotics arm and intelligent execution system.
