品管圈在术前访视中应用的效果

Application Effect of Quality Control Circle on Preoperative Interview

目的探讨将品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)理念应用于提高术前访视质量的临床效果。方法 2013年1-6月,解放军总医院麻醉科成立QCC活动小组,选定"提高术前访视效果"作为活动主题,分析术前访视效果较差的原因,制定并组织实施相应的策略,对术前访视工作进行持续的质量改进。结果实施QCC活动后(2013年6月),患者的访视率及满意率均较实施前(2012年12月)显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);此次QCC活动极大地激发了圈员的工作热情,提高了圈员发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,增强了圈员的自信心、责任心、集体荣誉感和团队凝聚力。结论QCC活动可充分调动科室护理人员对术前访视工作的积极性,提高科室护理人员的团队协作精神和患者对手术室护士服务的满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing application of the quality control circle（QCC）ac-tivities in improving the effect of preoperative interview.Methods We set up the QCC activity groups,and decided to use “improving the effect of preoperative interview”as the theme.Analyze the reasons that the effect of preoperative interview was poor,then we formulate and implement the corresponding strategies, and make continuous improvement of the preoperative interview.Results After carrying out the QCC activities,the percentage of preoperative interview and satisfaction level were increased than before the im-plementation of QCC（all P〈0.01）.This QCC activity arouse the working enthusiasm of team members and improved the problem discovering,problem analysis and problem solving ability.QCC activities also en-hance the team member’s confidence,sense of responsibility,sense of group honor and group cohesiveness. Conclusion QCC is effective for not only mobilizing the enthusiasm of nurses to preoperative interview, but also improving nursing staff’s teamwork spirit and patient satisfaction.
