消毒供应工作程序的流程化管理体会

Experience of Sterile Supply Operating Process Management

目的探讨消毒供应中心(central supply service departmet,CSSD)10个工作程序中的特点和规律。方法按照回收、分类、清洗、消毒、干燥、器械检查与保养、包装、灭菌、储存、发放等10个工作程序制定流程,突出重点环节的规范化管理。结果 2012年实施CSSD 10个工作程序流程化管理后,与2011年相比,工作人员医院感染知识合格率由66.67%上升至95.83%;消毒隔离措施落实达标率由58.33%上升至91.67%;清洗效果监测达标率由97.22%上升至100.00%;手卫生依从率由53.84%上升至89.17%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论整个CSSD工作程序突出重点,达到点与面相结合的目的,对把好消毒供应关具有较好的促进作用。

Objective To discuss the characteristic and the rule of ten operating process in the central sterile supply department.Methods To set the procedure by constitute ten process of retrieving,sorting, cleaning,disinfection,dryness,the examining and maintaining of medical devices,packaging,sterilizing, storage and dispensing,and emphasizing the standardized management of the key steps.Results Since ten procedures were carried out in 2012,compared with the year of 2011 the passing rate of the working per-sonnel’s nosocomial infection knowledge was raised from 66.67% to 95.83%,and the up-to-standard rate of sterilizing and insulating ascended from 58.33% to 91.67%.At the same time,the up-to-standard rate of cleaning was promoted from 97.22% to 100.00%,and the compliance of hand hygiene was raised from 53？？84% to 89.17%（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The whole CSSD procedure gave prominence to the key steps for the combination of point and side,and it can better control the sterile supply operating process.
