探讨病例引导教学法在八年制内科临床教学中的应用体会 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨CBS(病例引导教学法)在内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法将八年制内科实习生39人随机分为实验组(19人)和对照组(20人)。实验组采用传统教学模式与CBS相结合的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较分析两组的教学效果。结果实验组比对照组的病例答辩、迷你临床演练评估、临床操作技能实地评估成绩高(P<0.01)。结论 CBS教学法有利于培养医学生的自学能力和创新精神,可促进内科临床教学质量的提高。
