摘要
通过分析神华铁路运输模式及车流组织方式,根据其具有的以列为单位调整以及对线路通过能力要求较高的特点,引入组合站改编能力约束和编组去向数约束,将重载列车开行方案和组合站布局两个问题进行综合协调,以组合时间耗费最小化、通道流量最大化、改编费用和组合站建设投资费用最低为目标,构建综合优化模型。最后,以神华包神铁路集团为背景的运输系统为算例,提出进行组合站优化扩能和运输组织的具体方案,为重载运输的发展起到理论支撑作用。
By analyze of the railway transportation mode and wagon flow organization, according to its listed as a unit adjustment and capacity requirements higher characteristic, taking rational utilization of transport capacity as the focal point, studies on the problems related to transportation organization of the Shenhua heavy haul railway, including heavy-haul railway plan, as well as lines construction , combination station layout and other issues. Finally, as an example for the background of Shenhua Baoshen railway transport system,and on how to reasonable combination station expansion and transport organization optimization are proposed specific programs in order to theoretical support for the development of heavy haul transportation.
