摘要
随着纳米技术的日新月异,在近红外多发射波长的气体检测领域,PbSe量子点作为一种新型检测材料显示出巨大的潜力。介绍基于PbSe量子点多波长近红外LED的多气体检测装置及相应检测方法,对其方案设计和实施进行较为详细的说明,通过对样本进行测试,验证该装置的有效性。
With the rapid nano-science and technology, in the near-infrared multi-gas detection field emission wavelength, PbSe quantum dots as a novel detection material shows great potential. Introduce multi-gas detection device and a corresponding method for detecting near-infrared LED's, its design and implementation of programs based on a more detailed description of the multi-wavelength PbSe quantum dots, through the samples for testing, to verify the effectiveness of the device.
