加快发展现代职业教育助推新型城镇化建设

Enhancing the Construction of New Urbanization by Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education

当前和今后一段时期,新型城镇化是我国经济社会可持续发展的重大战略任务。加快发展现代职业教育是新型城镇化的基本内容和必要条件,在推进新型城镇化建设中肩负着促进农村富余劳动力有序转移、助推产业结构优化升级、传播城市文明、增加居民收入等重要任务。为有效发挥这些职能,职业教育要着重做好如下工作:加强一体化设计,推动职业教育和城镇化的同步良性互动发展;完善新市民就业培训体系,加快形成促进农村劳动力转移就业的长效机制;增强服务意识,切实提高人才培养质量和水平。

In present and future period, new urbanization is a strategic task for sustainable economic and social development in China, and to accelerate modern vocational education is the basic content and necessary conditions for new urbanization by playing the functions of fostering rural labor force transfer, boosting industrial upgrading, transmitting urban culture and increasing citizens’ income. In order to fulfill these functions, vocational education should reform in the following aspects： strengthen integrated design and realize mutual development of vocational education and urbanization; optimize employment training system and build long-term mechanism for rural migrant labor force; enhance service sense and try best to increase talent cultivation quality.
